Problem: Fastcode Labels that rely on ODBC connections (e.g. TEC 32mm x 30mm 2up) may fail to be created with Office 2007.

Symptoms: Fastcode was installed on several workstations, some with Office 2003 and one with Office 2007. The installations with Office 2003 worked ok. The installation with Office 2007 did not work. The Office 2007 installaltion could be made to work by choosing a different label type. 

Details: The problem is due to a missing file in the standard Office 2007 installation. The file MSRDO20.DLL within the c:\windows\system32 folder exists with Office 2003 installations, but not with Office 2007.

Solution: Copy the file MSRDO20.DLL found in windows\system32 folder from a workstation that has had Office 2003 installed, and place on the same folder on the Office 2007 workstation. Register the DLL using the command line: regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\MSRDO20.DLL
