Automated Transaction import from CSV files

Generate periodic interest charges for selected customers based on their overdue balances.

Sales Rep Commission Invoice Generation Reports
Various Sales Rep Commission reports have been prepared that interactively create Creditor Invoices (RCTI, or Recipient Created Tax Invoice) suitable for paying contract Sales Representatives.

Back-to-Back Debtor to Creditor Invoicing
Exonet can be customised to support automated back-to-back invoicing. This is for workflows where a Debtor invoice is entered and a corresponding Creditor invoice is also required. We have created automated back-to-back  invoicing systems that operate within a single EXO company and also across multiple EXO companies.

Synchronise Stock Lists and Stock Groups Across Multiple Databases
There various circumstances where it is important the lists in two different databases are consistent. Back-to-back invoicing across different companies is one example where stock lists need to be maintained.

Stock Ageing Reports
How many months old is your stock ? What is the value of stock that is older than six months ?
These are difficult questions to answer using standard reports from EXO. We have prepared customised reports to answer these questions.
