·      STVSN Exception ID Patch 

The VSR’s ID number used for exceptions is now too large for the current field type record. If a return batch includes an exception with a number too large the database will not be updated with any records from that batch. 

This patch will change the field type of STVSN_Exception_ID from integer to allow infinite ID numbers. 

We recommend this patch be installed by your IT Administrator. 

Steps to Follow in Installing the Patch: 

1.   Copy the STVSN Exception ID.zip into the Patches folder. Click here to download.

2.   Unzip STVSN Exception ID.zip into the Patches folder (it will create a STVSN Exception ID subfolder). 

3.   Apply the STVSN Exception ID Patch using the ALUU (Note: Please refer to the document ‘How to Apply a Patch using the ALUU’). 

4.   Verify the Formats (select Menu Formats). 

5.   Copy the scripts found in Check for Missing Batches.txt then paste it in a Worksheet and click Apply. Click here to download.
