Early in June 2009 you will receive an email from Attaché informing you that Attaché version 7.01.20x is available for download. It is important to understand that due to information required on the 2009-2010 Payment Summaries, BEFORE the first pay is processed for the 2009-2010 Financial Year the latest version of Attaché 7.01.20x MUST BE DOWNLOADED.
The upcoming release of Attaché 7 version 7.01.20x includes a number of important legislative and functional changes in Attaché Payroll. The legislative changes include requirements to report on salary sacrifice superannuation contributions (RESC) and changes to the salary base used to calculate HELP and SFSS repayments. As well as this, new functionality available from July 1 includes separate reporting of HELP and SFSS on pay advices and YTD figures for all pay elements. Upgrading from earlier versions: If your current version is Attaché 7 version 7.01.000 (March 2008) or earlier and you run monthly superannuation for casuals and juniors under 18, you should upgrade to Attaché 7 version 7.01.20x after completing payroll processing for the month (including running Calculate Monthly Super) and prior to processing the first pay of the month. This is to ensure correct superannuation calculations following the introduction of a new calculation method in Attaché 7 version 7.01.10x. Click Here for more details on the update. If you have any queries regarding the update, please don't hesitate to contact our Attache support team on 9836 6555 Option 3, or email
