MYOB EXO Version 7.3 will soon be available! As part of MYOB EXO's continual improvement process, the version 7.3 MYOB EXO update will be available very shortly. This release resolves a number of minor issues with older versions of MYOB EXO which will enhance your MYOB EXO operations and help make you EXO experiences even better. We will advise you when this release is available and strongly encourage all our MYOB EXO users to contact us regarding installation. | MODULE OF THE MONTH
The Module of the Month for January is the newly Acacia developed Google Maps Button. The Google Maps button is an addition to your Debtor and Creditor Tabs. Simply click on the Google Maps button on an open Debtor or Creditor and MYOB EXO will use your internet browser and internet connection to open Google Maps at the address of that debtor and creditor. In a single click anyone looking up a Debtor or Creditor can see exactly where they are located, saving you and your staff valuable time. SPECIAL INVITATION
We advised in our December newsletter of a presentation to be held here at our office on Friday January 22, so we could show you the benefits of MYOB EXO ClientConnect, a multi-user CRM tool that works from within Microsoft Outlook. Making the most of your CRM Synchronise debtor, creditor, non-account and contact information in MYOB EXO Business with MYOB EXO ClientConnect! Integrating debtors, creditors and non-accounts.
Contacts created in MYOB EXO ClientConnect appear as Contacts in MYOB EXO Business and vice versa. Details of all contact, company and account records are synchronised as they are updated in either system. Companies you create in MYOB EXO ClientConnect appear as non-accounts in MYOB EXO Business, where they can be converted to a debtor or creditor account if necessary. Any MYOB EXO Business debtor or creditor records that have the ‘Private Account’ flag ticked will not be synchronised with MYOB EXO ClientConnect. Integrating quotes and contacts.
The MYOB EXO Business Sales Order quoting function is used to generate quotes from MYOB EXO ClientConnect. If the MYOB EXO Business Job Costing module is installed, you also have the option of using the Job Costing quoting function. By creating MYOB EXO Business quotes directly from within MYOB EXO ClientConnect, you can quote with confidence knowing you are using the right price rules and stock lists.
UPCOMING TRAINING COURSES
Effective from the beginning of 2010, MYOB will no longer be running direct MYOB EXO training courses. Instead training will be provided directly by your MYOB EXO Consultant - Acacia! As a result of this change we are currently putting together a training schedule for 2010 to meet the training requirements of our clients.
