What is ClickSuper?
Processing employee superannuation contributions can be a time-consuming task. Now there’s an easy way to streamline the whole process, which also minimises errors and makes handling queries a breeze - that’s ClickSuper.
ClickSuper has been developed by Cuscal and Payment Adviser in consultation with leading superannuation funds. ClickSuper replaces the manual process of paying employee superannuation contributions with a more streamlined, secure e-commerce system.
With one click in Attaché Payroll your super contribution details are sent, via Attaché Alex, to the ClickSuper website. ClickSuper validates the data and transfers payment to each fund, according to your payment schedule.
Dianne Semmens (Managing Director at Acacia Consulting Services) uses this service for our payroll and super processing has been cut from 4 hours to just 10 minutes.

Acacia’s Ticketing System
As advised in our previous newsletters, Acacia's online support Ticketing System is now fully operational. This system allows us to respond more quickly and efficiently to your support issues.
While many of our Attaché users have signed up to our Ticketing System, we still have a number that need to register.
If you have not yet registered, please “click here " and supply a nominated email address for registration.
Once this is received you will be forwarded your Username and Password to access this exciting new service from our website.

Attaché ClearView 2.02 is now available.
Attaché ClearView version 2.02 includes:
Secure and customisable, with centralised tasks and reminders and instant on-screen searches, ClearView provides a "top down" view of your operations, helping you to reduce debtors, stock and expenses and increase sales. Attaché ClearView 2.02 also addresses a number of previously known issues.
RELEASE UPDATE
Attaché Accounts and Attaché Payroll version 1.05 is now available.

The following issue reported in earlier releases have been addressed in Attaché version 1.05

Slow and inconsistent scrolling in reports when using Windows 7Whilst this is a Microsoft issue, reports have been optimised to improve scrolling as much as possible, however, users of Windows 7 may still experience some issues. Read more about this Microsoft issue.
To download either of these updates, visit the Attaché Members Website, log in with your VIP number and follow the links to the download page. It is advisable to first read through the release notes plus full list of known issues. Then download and run the installation file.
