Our consultants are in the process of scheduling the visits with all of our schools. Many of you will have already have seen one of our consultants. These visits are designed as a ‘drop in and touch base’ so that we can see how you are going, catch up with staff and a general overview of how RM Maze is being utilised in your school. |

RM eMaze 2.0 – It’s here!
RM eMaze provides online access to selected information in Maze to staff and other authorised users via a web browser.
Teachers can work from home, whilst parents can access their child's attendance and academic records as well as financial information. eMaze provides:

Secure access to school information, anywhere, anytime, from any computer with a web browser and internet access

Digital encryption of sensitive school data using SSL certificates

Easy-to-use, intuitive web interface
New in RM eMaze 2.0

eMaze Desktop - provides easy access to all commonly used functions through the click of a single button.

eMaze Mobile - record student attendance from anywhere via your iPad, iPhone or Android device.

Student profile page - provides teachers with easy access to important student related information in the one screen.

RELEASE UPDATE
SCR15234 – Payroll Enhancements June 2011
New Functionality
-
Enhanced Long Service Leave recording and reporting: Payroll now applies the rules of the state or relevant authority to calculate the long service leave liability and accrual.

Date relevant standard pay: The standard pay maintenance records are now date driven and will only be autogenerated into the payroll batch if they are current.

Payroll batch reversal: It is now possible to reverse a payroll batch using a new batch processing screen.

Pre-batch update reporting: A report is provided that you can run before a batch is updated to show the difference between the previous, processed batch and the current, unprocessed batch.

View previous years' payroll history: A payroll transaction history table has been created, allowing you to view up to seven years of payroll transactions as these are now moved to the history table as part of the Payroll End-of-Year process.
If you have taken up the Update Service, this update will be applied automatically by Acacia.

Do you need to send email or SMS to all of the staff?
It’s now few clicks in Maze.
History of SMS communications are also recorded.
