Position Managing Director and Senior Consultant

Twenty four years experience supporting accounting software and information systems.

 

 

 

John Semmens

Position - Technical Director

B.Eng - Deakin University, Geelong

Certified Attache, Triumph and Exonet Consultant

John is our Technical Director whose role within Acacia Consulting Services is to develop, configure, design and install all of our projects, as well as keeping up-to-date with new technological solutions and ensuring our staff has up-to-date knowledge. John develops products for our clients based on their personal needs as well as training the client on each product so that each client can effectively use each one of our products.

 

 

 

Karen Baker

Position - Project Manager

Karen has been with Acacia Consulting Services since November 2006 and is our primary point of contact for each of our clients in the planning and delivery of each project we provide. Karen also helps in the planning and development of each of the clients project based on our clients needs as well as ensuring each product meets system requirements, project goals and comes in under budget.

 

 

 

Alison Tanner

Position - Assistant to Managing Director

Allison has been with Acacia Consulting Services since 2004 and has recently moved from her position as Consultant Co-coordinator to Dianne Semmens Assistant.  

 

 

 

Don Burrows 

Position - Consultant

Don has been with Acacia Consulting Services for since 2004 and is one of our consultants whose role within Acacia Consulting Services is to develop, configure, design and install all projects we undertake. Don can also help identify and address issues our clients may have as well as provide ongoing support.

Position - Consultant

Dean Brincau

Position - Consultant

Dean has been with Acacia Consulting Services since March 2006 and has worked with Maze for 8 years. Dean is one of our consultants whose role within Acacia Consulting Services is to develop, configure, design and install all projects we undertake. Dean can also help identify and address issues our clients may have as well as provide ongoing support.

Position - Help Desk Support / Consultant

Michele has been at Acacia Consulting Services since January 2008 and is a member of our Help Desk Support Team as well as one of our Consultants whose role is to respond to software related enquiries, managing the software update notification and the development, configuration, design and installation of all projects we undertake.

Our Help Desk Support Team work remotely from our office and enquiries can be sent by telephone, email and facsimile.

 

 

 

Netta Ferlazzo

Position - Help Desk Support

Netta is a member of our Help Desk Support Team whose role within Acacia Consulting Services is to respond to software related enquiries and managing the software update notification for each our clients.

Our Help Desk Support Team work remotely from our office and enquiries can be sent by telephone, email and facsimile.

 

 

Malcolm Harper

Position - Administration

Malcom is a member of our Administration Team whose role within Acacia Consulting Services is to liaise with clients, maintaining detailed records of all client enquiries, managing support staff bookings as well as accounts and general reception duties.
